Skills & Recruitments:

• Experience in a 4* or 5* boutique hotel environment
• Excellent command of the English language, both oral and verbal.Knowledge of any other language will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of booking softwares.
• Great levels of customer service.
• Polite and confident
• Customer-focused orientation
• Ability in multitasking and time-management

Tasks:

• Handles guest needs, inquiries and requests
• Taking enquiries over phone and website
• Displaying great levels of customer service
• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
• Tracking all reservations picked up from all on-line channels like hotel websites, OTA, GDS, and other third parties.
• Handling external systems like channel Manager, Web booking engines, Rate comparison tools, Online Travel Agents extranets, etc.
• Excellent knowledge and specialization in handling OTA’s like Booking, Expedia, and more.
